Speedfloor is ideal for suspended slabs in steel structures. The joists span between the structural steel beams and can create a very light structure, often providing further reduction in footings. Our joist can span up to 7-8m, and is often used to replace bondek in industrial and commercial construction designs as the bondek require supports at every 2.4m. Speedfloor can signifcantly reduce the amount of structural steel in your next build.
Speedfloor paired with Precast beams can take construction efficency and speed to the next level. Speedfloor joists can span between precast beams to create a lightweight, propless, suspended slab infill system. We are currently tendering a number of large government and private developments using this system.
